I'm with you on the excitement and terror. Why couldn't they choose something more timely, like "Zodiac"? At least that takes place in near-future Boston and is environmentally-themed. M is for the many ways they could bastardize the heck out of "Diamond Age".

Oh, crap.

Sci-Fi doesn't have the resources to do the special effects justice. They'd be better off trying Snow Crash which has a story that would fit better in a movie/TV thing anyway.
